This book was inspired on the book The Tree, by John Fowls.
It is an experimental field guide of species collected in my neighborhood related to the different types of concrete where they grew.
For different types of vegetation, the minerals of the soil where they grow can be definitive of their development. I wanted to use this fact as a metaphor for the plants collected relating them to the urban scenario.
